Y, cuanto m\u00e1s intentas no pensar en algo, m\u00e1s aparece.<\/p><p data-start=\"2717\" data-end=\"2800\">La ansiedad funciona as\u00ed: cuanto m\u00e1s luchas contra ella, m\u00e1s fuerte parece hacerse.<\/p><p data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"3030\">Por eso aqu\u00ed no trabajamos desde el \u201cdeja de pensar en eso\u201d ni desde el \u201crel\u00e1jate y ya est\u00e1\u201d. Detecta absolutamente todo. Es r\u00e1pida, eficiente y no se le escapa nada.<\/p><p>El <strong>problema<\/strong> es que <strong>suena no solo cuando hay fuego<\/strong>\u2026 sino tambi\u00e9n cuando se quema una tostada, cuando alguien enciende una vela, o cuando simplemente enciendes el horno.<\/p><p><strong>Eso es la ansiedad.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Tu sistema nervioso ve \u201cposible peligro\u201d<\/strong> y activa el protocolo completo como si estuvieras huyendo de un incendio real. Coraz\u00f3n acelerado, presi\u00f3n en el pecho, pensamientos en modo \u201c\u00bfy si\u2026?\u201d en bucle infinito, etc.<\/p><p>Y t\u00fa en ese momento a lo: \u00abmmm perdona, \u00bfqu\u00e9 est\u00e1 pasando exactamente?\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s agotador no es que tengas esa alarma<\/strong>. La ajustamos.<\/strong> Aprendes a distinguir un incendio real de la tostada que se te chamusc\u00f3 para desayunar. Aprendes a no salir corriendo cada vez que suena, y a que sentir activaci\u00f3n no significa estar en peligro. Porque<strong> vivir con la sirena puesta todo el d\u00eda no es productividad.
