data-end=\"1588\">Desde peque\u00f1a siempre me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n la <em data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1366\">conducta humana<\/em>. He sido de las que se quedan pensando en cosas como: \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hacemos esto?\u201d, \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 sentimos aquello?\u201d, o \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 a veces nos complicamos tanto la vida?\u201d&#8230; As\u00ed que no fue una sorpresa que acabara <strong>estudiando Psicolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1885\">Eso s\u00ed, aqu\u00ed viene la parte divertida: a m\u00ed lo que me gustaba era toda la ciencia detr\u00e1s de los pensamientos y del comportamiento. Lo de investigar, leer estudios, analizar datos, muy de \u201cquiero entender los mecanismos detr\u00e1s de la conducta humana\u201d\u2026 <em>E<\/em><em data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1782\">sa era yo<\/em>. Y por supuesto, yo ten\u00eda clar\u00edsimo que <strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1854\">no iba a atender a personas<\/strong>. No, no, eso no era para m\u00ed (spoiler: estaba muy equivocada).<\/p><p data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2169\">Pero la vida tiene estas cosas, te ense\u00f1a que <strong>lo que crees que quieres no siempre coincide con lo que te hace sentir viva<\/strong>. Y descubr\u00ed que la investigaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda mucho de ordenador, mucho de soledad\u2026 y muy poquito de personas.<\/p><p data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2391\">Y ah\u00ed fue cuando entend\u00ed que, lo que realmente me llenaba era la interacci\u00f3n. <strong>Conectar<\/strong>. Escuchar historias reales. Acompa\u00f1ar procesos humanos, de esos que empiezan con un <strong>\u201cno s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 me pasa\u201d<\/strong> y acaban con un <strong>\u201cahora s\u00ed me entiendo\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2661\">As\u00ed que mi camino termin\u00f3 girando hacia lo que hoy es mi vocaci\u00f3n: <strong data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2490\">estar con personas como t\u00fa<\/strong>. Sostener, acompa\u00f1ar, ayudar, como quieras llamarlo. Pero siempre con algo en com\u00fan: un <strong>trabajo humano, cercano<\/strong> y con la mirada puesta en lo m\u00e1s importante: <strong>t\u00fa<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f89448 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0f89448\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2947\">Me form\u00e9 como psic\u00f3loga en la <strong data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2874\">Universidad de Valencia<\/strong>, donde tambi\u00e9n complet\u00e9 el <strong data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2944\">M\u00e1ster en Psicolog\u00eda General Sanitaria<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"3169\">A lo largo de estos a\u00f1os he seguido especializ\u00e1ndome a trav\u00e9s de distintas formaciones en <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3071\">Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"3074\" data-end=\"3112\">Terapia de Aceptaci\u00f3n y Compromiso<\/strong>, enfoques que gu\u00edan mi manera de trabajar en consulta.<\/p><p data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3337\">Adem\u00e1s, contin\u00fao form\u00e1ndome en \u00e1reas que considero esenciales para mi pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica. De hecho, actualmente estoy realizando un <b>Curso de<\/b> <strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n del apego en psicoterapia con enfoque integrador, <\/strong>adem\u00e1s del <b>Curso de<\/b><strong>\u00a0Psicoterapia integradora para el tratamiento del trauma.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3574\">En mi recorrido he tenido la oportunidad de colaborar con varios centros de psicolog\u00eda, donde he podido acompa\u00f1ar tanto a <strong data-start=\"3461\" data-end=\"3472\">adultos<\/strong> como a <strong data-start=\"3480\" data-end=\"3504\">ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/strong>, aprendiendo de cada una de las personas que han pasado por consulta.<\/p><p data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3574\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51ffcea e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
